Stepp Holding Company is a Ghanaian engineering and construction group comprising three specialist companies, each operating in a distinct but complementary area of the built environment. Together, Stepp Consult, Stepp Pryme Engineering Limited, and the African Strategic Development Group provide clients with a complete range of engineering, construction, real estate, and project financing services. Led by Ing. Richard Nketia Okyere, the group is committed to delivering quality, efficient, and sustainable construction solutions to clients in both the public and private sectors across Ghana.
